Roger Thomas, Chief Business Officer of Retail Discover, has longed to be able to walk out his front door of his Bentonville home of 20+ years and participate in the retail economy of one of the largest companies in the world, Walmart. Along with his wife and business partner Sherry, Chief Executive Officer of Retail Discover, whose family has been in the Northwest Arkansas/Bentonville area for better than a hundred years, both understand the integrity and precision in which Walmart employees and suppliers successfully conduct business that continues to lead Walmart to the top of the ever-changing, dynamic world of retail.

• Supplier discovery in which the products of the Supplier allow Walmart to provide the top needed items to their customers, both in-store and online.

• Supplier direction to flawlessly manage distributed workforces within the store to display their products effectively with the floor or shelf space they are given.

• New Supplier consultation to be onboarded to receive a Vendor #.
